Accessories (including seats, gloves, panniers, pedals, or grips) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they remain unused in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the return, assessment, credit card fees, and depreciation. Helmets, eBikes, electric scooters, and any electrical parts (including chargers and batteries), along with consumable or wearable items like chain lubricants, tires, chains, and brake pads, are considered final sale. All deposits and special-order items are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
