Return Policy
- Accessories such as seats, gloves, panniers, pedals, grips, etc. can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are still new in the original packaging. 20% restocking fee for the return, assessment, credit card fees and depreciation will apply.
- All helmets, e bikes, electric scooters and any electrical parts, including chargers and batteries, and any consumable or wearable product such as chain lubricant, tires, lubes, chains and brake pads are final sale.
- All deposits and special order items are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Product Insurance
Obtaining insurance for your product is the buyer's responsibility. Refer to your insurance provider.
