E Bike Assembly and Service Labour Warranty

At Full Charge Cycles, our top priority is to offer the smoothest experience possible, in both sales and after-sale support, to keep you riding. Part of that experience has always been professionally building every bike we sell and providing a tune-up within the first month.  Now, we’re providing extra flexibility by giving customers the choice of building the bike or having it built professionally with either 3, 6 or 12 months of service labour warranty.

There are three options at the Time of Purchase

Care plan, adjustments + 1 Tune Up within 3 months of the purchase
$149 CAD
Care plan, adjustments + 2 Tune Up within 6 months of the purchase
$259 CAD
Care plan, adjustments + 2 Tune Up within 12 months of the purchase (includes a set of brakepads and brake bleed).
$359 CAD

*Please note this only applies to our e Bikes and trikes. The service labour warranty covers manufacturing defects and any associated shipping and labour but does not apply to consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, chains, etc. It also does not apply to damage caused by misuse, crashes or other such accidents.

We also offer assembly and tuning with one free tune-up for e bikes purchased from other shops for $199.

Is it hard for you to get your bike or scooter into the shop for service? We are now offering a convenient pick-up service, where we come pick up your e bike or mobility device and bring it to our shop. Contact us via email to inquire about availability and rates. Rates start at $45 and are pro-rated according to distance from our shops (West Kelowna, Kelowna, and Kamloops).
