Free In-store Pickup
All products are shipped from our West Kelowna warehouse and delivered to our other locations once weekly. We will reach out to you to let you know once your order is ready for pickup at your preferred store location. When you come in for pick-up, please prepare for the following:
- Have your Photo ID and order confirmation email (printed or on your phone is fine) ready to show us.
- If you purchased a bike, scooter or e mobility device and opted in for the assembly service, allow for 30 minutes of instructional time, fitting, etc.
- If your order has not been picked up within 30 days, we will refund and cancel your order.
Shipping In Canada
We are proud to offer secure shipping options for your purchase. Within British Columbia, your order will be shipped with Ace Courier. For the rest of Canada, your order will be shipped with Loomis. Your shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout.
